difficult dogs trained

difficult dogs trainedUntil we met Linda, I thought we had all but lost hope in training our silky terrier Lucy.

Lucy had just turned 4 and never received any “formal” training, as we just didn’t think she needed it. But after moving to LA, we started to notice a few bad traits we needed help controlling — dominance issues, problems listening, anxiety, leash aggression, etc.

After doing our research, we came across Linda and reached out. Within less than 24 hours, she responded to our request and set up consultation for later that week. Let me tell you, it was love at first sight for Lucy, and for us!

During the consultation she took the time to get to know Lucy, listen to our concerns, and even introduced Lucy to her own dog Ellie. The following week she took Lucy into her home for a 10-day training session. We received daily updates, photos and videos showing us Lucy’s progress. That had to have been one of the most comforting things about the entire process! Linda’s help, knowledge, patience, and genuine affection for Lucy made the transition back to home seamless.

The day she brought Lucy back to us, she spent almost an hour “training us”. She educated us on all the drills and commands she had worked with Lucy on. She also reminded us of the important of repetition and maintaining a calm demeanor when training your dog. It also didn’t just stop after that first 10 day session, either. Linda has had Lucy back countless of times for boarding, where she continues to help train Lucy.

After 6 months working with her, I think it’s safe to say she has helped alleviate almost entirely any of the major issues we once had with Lucy. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who has questions or concerns about their dog’s behavior.
